I bought this for my son who is age 10, unfortunately the sleeping bags, though are a great width, are ridiculously short. My son is quite small for his age & was dissapointed t find that the bag was not long enough for him. We have given it to a 6 yr old child who it is just perfect for. I would advice the adults sleeping pod for kids over 8 & after buying 1 of those i would definitely advice the xl for most adults as again they have the same problem, the xl is slightly longer. The space widthwise is fantastic though!
