Product Description
Guaranteed to clear your whole house of rats or mice - or your money back. Our Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the performance of this product, return it to us within 45 days and provided you've had it running for at least a month, we'll refund the cost of the item (less carriage). How does it work?Rats and mice occupying your house spend most of their time living in the walls, ceilings and floors, making them difficult to remove using conventional means. The "Rat and Mice control - Whole House" aims to overcome this problem by sending a varying electrical pulse throughout the wiring of the whole house. Whenever electricity passes through a wire, an electromagnetic field is created: the manufacturers believe that the particular fields created by this device create an environment that prevents rodents nesting and so drives them out of your house. Where do I plug it in?Pretty much any socket in the house. The device uses two systems: Electromagnetic and Ultrasound. The ultrasound creates a loud noise at a high frequency that only rodents can hear: imagine that for a mouse, it's like having a smoke alarm going off constantly. Because ultrasound doesn't pass well through solid objects (that's why doctors can use ultrasound to get images of babies in the womb) this will be most effective in the room you plug it into to. Consequently, if you plug the device into the room where you've seen most activity, you're maximising the effect of both control methods.

5 out of 5 stars where have all the mice gone!?!   March 2, 2009

Well all i can say is ever since buying this i haven't seen one mouse! I would only ever hear them to be honest, scurrying around in my walls, but even that has gone! I feel bad for my neighbours as i imagine that they might have relocated a few doors down!! haha. Seriously though, I can't reccomend it highly enough. And its time people stopped using those horrendous glue-traps and head-snapping traps. What is this, the dark ages?

5 out of 5 stars humane way to evict pests   June 11, 2009

At first I, like the previous reviewer, thought the device wasn't working, but on reading the leaflet it stated that if the mice have young in the nest they will not leave until they are old enough to go with them and that this could take up to 30 days so I waited and sure enough a few days later they vacated the flat, not a word of thanks, no flowers, not even a postcard since. I strongly recommend this product if you don't want to share your home with pests but don't want to hurt them.

5 out of 5 stars Result!   October 8, 2009

Very skeptical about this product but the gentle occasional pit-a-pat of a mouse in my lounge ceiling had become a nightly rave for all mice in the neighbourhood. I anticipated a possible 6 week wait (as instructed mice in nests will stay until the young are grown) but right from the first night I plugged it in the difference was noticeable. I thought they had totally gone but realised a hardy few had shifted to my kitchen ceiling which is on a different power circuit to the rest of the house. I invested in another of these products and my house now appears to have been a mouse free zone for the past 5 weeks. Result! It certainly has been effective on country mice. Worth the investment. Note: I was concerned that this might affect my cat's hearing but he hasnt noticed.

5 out of 5 stars brilliant!   February 24, 2010

Before I ordered this I'd caught 4 mice in one week. As soon as I plugged this in, we never heard or saw any mice after that. I see a few reviews saying that it didn't work for them at all, and I find it very hard to believe. I would recommend following the instructions to the letter, as there are different frequency settings, and only one of them works for mice, which is maybe why it never worked for others.
So glad I purchased this. Have recommended it to everyone I know who mentions a mouse problem.
Also, the other frequency repels insects and spiders, which is never a bad thing!
