Customer Reviews: Hey you, don't buy expensive levels - buy this! September 2, 2009 Mr. P. Murphy 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
What a great little performer, and very simple to use on a wall, floor, or whatever. I've used this to set out horizontal lines on a wall prior to decorating, (wife wants stripes!). Wow - simple to set up and stick via the neat likkle 'Command Strips' - which in themselves are a wee marvel. In fact the only draw back with this handy addition to your tool kit is the means by which you attach it to a surface - if you ain't got or cannot use the 'Command Strips' you are 'stuck' as it were, otherwise bargain buy.
Strait Line indoor laser line March 21, 2010 Gus (UK) Simple to use and cheap. Built in spirit level too small to be of much use. Laser line bright even in a sunny room.
Rubbish February 8, 2010 M. Daglan-Smith (England) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this laser line as an extra present for my husband who mentioned just before Christmas that he would like one. On Christmas morning I was quite excited that it had been delivered on time and I couldn't wait to see his reaction. My husband who is a painter and decorater said it was rubbish he only got half a line and it woudn't be any good for anything. So don't waste your money on this Laser line look esle where and check it out before you buy it.
Don't be misled January 28, 2010 PC-B (Surrey, UK) In case you assume, as I did, that you can place this on a flat surface in the middle of the room and project a horizontal line onto a wall, you can't. In this position, the line projected onto the wall will be vertical, which is not much use for marking out shelves, dado rail etc, which is what I bought it for.
It projects a line along the wall that the base is placed against, very effectively, but not in my opinion very useful.
